Iovino's Catering
Welcome!
I'm Regina Iovino, former chef and owner of Iovino's Ristorante and Iovino's Cucina in Corvallis. An Italian chef at heart, I'm inspired by the rich traditions, flavors, and spirit of Italy.
For me, catering isn't about trays of food, it's about creating moments. I want you and your guests to feel welcomed, cared for, and completely satisfied. I want laughter around the table, seconds (and thirds), and memories that linger long after the last bite. Feeding people brings me pure joy. And yes, my contagious laugh usually makes an appearance at every event.
Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration, or a grand gathering, I pour authenticity, generosity, and vibrant Italian flavor into everything I create.
Come hungry - I'll take care of the rest. I look forward to cooking for your family and friends on your special occasion!

Testimonials
Okay, Okay, you need to eat food prepared by Regina Iovino. If you can imagine Antipasti platters so beautiful and tasteful as if prepared in Tuscany... this is the person who you want to make them for your party, She doesn't stop with your hors d'oeuvres. She's just getting started.
The meats are usually all from Molinari Meat Company in San Francisco, which is where I am from. I now reside in Eugene, Oregon, and this is the closest I have come to authentic Italian cooking in Oregon. The assorted salamis, Coppa, cheeses, peppers, etc. etc. are all amazing...creating a pallet of great Italian freshness, served with sliced baguette. Along with the Antipasti comes a basil pesto dip for the veggies and bread that we called "Italian crack cocaine" because it so addicting, you might forget about the main course. The chopped salad with the gorgonzola, and hazelnuts is a crowd favorite!!!
We are still warming up....
I have had her salmon roasted in parchment paper with sundried tomatoes, artichokes, garlic and onions in a sweet citrus sauce.... honestly there is no better fish recipe in the Northwest that can beat this. Another favorite is the Tiger Prawns in a basil pesto sauce.
We haven't even gotten to the Pasta Salads or the Pasta or the Polpetta (Meat Balls)
Any more and I will start drooling. So Mangia and Enjoy!!!
